Look - It's Cinco de Mayo!

Dachau was only about 12 km from the Munich airport so we decided to drive into town and find an inn for the night. Sassy Sue, the GPS, led us to the Huber Hotel with just one click on the accommodations button. The resident manager was very nice and led us to yet another third-floor walkup - see the Dachau post earlier.

Food was naturally the first order of business and boy were we excited to find the Mexican cantina above the movie theatre. It gives Cinco a definite run for the money.

note to self - always check Emma's bookbag before leaving on a trip. It must weigh 20 lbs. Minnie and a school binder made the trip. The other mouse was given to her by the waiter at the restaurant. I told Ellie she must be looking old!!

Niki Airlines transported us safely from Rome to Munich via Vienna. We had about 15 minutes to deplane, ride the bus to the terminal, get through security in Vienna, check in at the gate, get back on a bus to ride back out to the same plane from which we had just come.
